Natalia Naranjo

Sustainability Strategist | Chief of Staff | Conservation

Natalia Naranjo is a Venezuelan / Mexican sustainability strategist, environmental leader, and project manager dedicated to building solutions at the intersection of conservation, communities, and business.

She holds a degree in Sustainable Development Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a Master’s degree in Circular Economy Management. Her academic and professional work spans climate action, circular economy, renewable energy, sustainable water management, smart cities, blue economy initiatives, and ecosystem restoration.

At just 17 years old, Natalia founded her region’s first environmental committee, leading initiatives focused on pollution reduction, water stewardship, and environmental education. Her work has since evolved into managing large-scale environmental projects across Latin America and the United States, collaborating with governments, NGOs, scientists, indigenous communities, corporations, and international organizations.

Throughout her career, she has led environmental campaigns, organized educational programs and international events, worked directly with fishing communities, and developed regenerative and circular economy models that connect environmental protection with economic opportunity.

Beyond her professional work, Natalia is an avid photographer and storyteller. She believes photography has the power to inspire conservation by connecting people with nature and reminding us of our shared responsibility to protect the planet.

Her mission is simple: to help build a future where thriving communities, healthy ecosystems, and sustainable economies can exist together.
